There are some costs which we are obliged to pay on your behalf. They are known as disbursements and include the charges of cemeteries and crematoria , as well as doctors fee’s for the cremation certificates, the fees of clergy or officiants and the costs of the newspaper notices and memorials. The amount of this expenditure is not within our control and may require a further payment at the time of need.
Most plans holders pay in full for their plan in a single payment, the benefits of this include that your plan is in place as soon as we have accepted your application and all the relevant paperwork has been completed.
It is possible to pay for your plan ( at no extra cost ) over a 12 month period by direct debit. If you choose this option your plan will not be in place until the final payment is made. Should you pass away before making the final payment, your family or estate will be given the choice of making all outstanding payments or having a full refund of the amount paid.
